Registration Policies

We’re excited to announce that registration for Symposium is now open. Please review the details below, as this year’s process has been updated.​

• This event is open to CASC member Middle School and High School Student Councils/Governments only. (If you are unsure of your status, please check here or contact us)

• Registration is by group on a first-come, first-served process. Registration closes on September 19 or when capacity is reached.

• Delegations are encouraged to limit their delegations to 10 students by only bringing their leadership teams (Executive Board, Cabinet, etc) to allow more schools to participate.

• An advisor or Chaperone MUST be registered with, and accompany, all student delegates to the event.

• When creating your group’s registration, register one adviser per 9 students. CASC requires 1 adviser, principal, or school personnel per 9 students.

• Be prepared to register all students when creating your registration. Simply adding an adviser name does not guarantee your group’s registration or “seats” for each of your students and advisers. 

• Online registration only – phone or email submissions will not be accepted.

• Once registered, schools will receive a confirmation email along with any additional information or requirements.

 

Conference Fees

Symposium is free to attend, however lunch or snacks are not provided at this event.

Final counts and registration numbers must be guaranteed on or before September 19 when registration closes​​.

Group guarantees may be changed until September 19. If you need to change your group details please contact us via email.
